Willie D, of Houston's Geto Boys, the group that legend Scarface got his start with, is facing 20 years and will officially be sentenced April 23, 2010. William James Dennis pleaded guilty to wire fraud and prosecutors say the 42-year-old rapper posed as an electronics salesman for a company called Texas One Wireless. This morning (December 18) the southern rap pioneer appeared before District Court Judge Gray Miller and confessed to establishing credibility with international buyers using eBay. Willie D was indicted on 15 counts of wire fraud, and The Department of Justice maintains that 29 people were defrauded of about $132,303.
