Celebrities rang in the New Year in St Barts at a Beyonce performance. The list included heavy hitters in Liles, Usher, Hov and B, Bon Jovi, L.A. Reid, and miss Justine Simmons as well....has it that Beyonce and Usher got a little to flirty and the big homey Hov was not too keen on that, check the highlights.
