Vaygez Blakk is a street savvy hip-hop recording artist known for writing cutting edge lyrics with story lines brought to you directly from the realities of the hood. Open mic battles, competitions and showcases are not new to this sexy rap artist. She is known to devour any track given to her with confidence and charisma.
Vaygez Blakk was born in the very place where hip-hop started, "The Bronx", in New York on January 24. She started out rapping at jams in the park in the summer time in her early teens and earned respect from DJ's and other aspiring rap artists in surrounding neighborhoods. Vaygez has a genuine passion for writing songs about situations that actually occur on the streets and has the ability to make people believe and feel her pain through her music. She has been on numerous mixtapes throughout New York and has been releasing her own mixtapes as well beginning with the summertime classic Mixtape Series Dame of the Game Vol 1 (2011) and Vol. 2 Hosted by DJ ty Boogie (2012)

Her role as one of toughest female voices on the East Coast is guaranteed to propel her into the spotlight where she needs to be in order to succeed in such a male dominated industry. With hopes of landing a major recording contract, she continues to bless the Tri-State area with hard-hitting songs that have the potential to become classics in the near future.
Recently Vaygez blakk has been a guest on the Media Take Out and WSHH renowned A&R Report courtesy of Xtreme104FM hosted by DJ XXXotic Mami, as well as WDIB Radio, and BB1 Live hosted by Black Beauty Kia.
